Poeple who have known me have known a strong person one that always stood to try to do the right thing and help those who needed it most. and for years i was that person and gave as much as i could to help and be a good minded person. but as with time and stress even a dam may break and fall apart. I have let good friends down and have done things in hopes of saving poeple that in advertaly hurt others unintentionally. for that i am deeply sorry. I can no longer explain my actions to anyone that it would matter to anymore i have given all that i can give this world and have no more left to give. I have lost too much in my life and cannot bear anymore to be lost. so for those that care or ever wonder this is goodbye. those that i have debts with you will be taken care of soon, i promise. as the last of my family passes , i too will pass on to someplace else and be the person i should have been years ago without anyone to stop or detour me. my time is short and i have much to do before the time comes. So goodbye and take care, friends and foes alike i wish you well.

19, 2006. Preceeded in death by parents Refugio & Maria Socorro Chavez, brothers Carlos & Fernando Chavez, daughter Luisa Love. Survived by wife Joyce, daughters Rosemary Luna, Pat Luna & Lucy Page, sons Eddie, Raymond & Richard Chavez, 34 grandchildren, 43 great grandchildren, sisters Nellie Navarro, Maria L. Mora, Anna Cabrera of Gilroy, CA, Socorro Torres & Agenda Martinez, brothers Efren Chavez of San Francisco, CA, Rene Chavez of Hollister, CA, Arturo Chavez and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday July 29, 10am with visitation held 2 hrs prior, St. Catherine of Sienna Catholic Church, 6401 S. Central Ave, Phoenix, AZ.

Well most of you all know that the fuck-nut is close to being the president again.. But What will follow in the coming weeks will test the true american spirit. Bush wants to send and "place" a military presence in Korea. Most you you all out there know by now that the last time this was attempted it caused one of the worst and bloodiest wars that has ever been seen. On top of this The U.S. Dept. of Defense has issued notices to "certain military units" to report for duty. Why? Recruiting for the armed forces has stepped up in the past two months. This makes one wonder what is "really" going on. Plus To many programs that help americans has been cut. Some of you out there might say like what? Well here is just one major example. Not to long ago I was waiting to pick up Jen from work. While I was standing by the front reception desk I over heard a woman on the phone talking to someone and the woman sounded rather upset. As I stood there I heard the woman tell the person on the phone this- "I will always be your mommy, Its one of the things that it means to be mommy. Don't worry I won't forget about you. I will get you the medicine you need baby, ok. Mommy loves you. Let me talk to the nurse now." At first this made me sad. But had I known the whole story about this woman I would have tried to get people to help this woman. That day that was donating Plasma to get the money to buy medicine that her six year old child needed to stay well. But that was only the tip of the Iceberg. The Mother and Father Have to move to California, but their child cannot move with them. The reason you wonder? The child has an illness that has had the child in a nursing home. Yes you read it right. A nursing home. I know this because I have met this child. And I promised this child that I would find a way to help. I called Senator McCain's office asking to talk to McCain about what could be done. His PR secretary said "Try telling them to apply for SSI or SSA/Disability. They have done this already and were denied benefits. So what would someone do if they needed help from this country. So between the "War on Terror" and The US Government cuts programs left and right no one stands a chance. So what can be done? Nothing short a Revolution.
However I have done some digging around and have found information that frightens me.
I can not say openly what I have found out but all I can say is this... Prepare yourselves for very hard times ahead. Stock up on emergency provisions, water, personal items.

But I have one question : Is The Second American Civil War is upon us?

War and politics!

Well everyone better hope who ever gets elected won't make a bad mistake.(And they most likely will).. There have been rumors that the US might go after North Korea. I have heard from people going to Kuwait and all of them have said that this one of their biggest worries. Weather this is true I don't really know?

But........

Didn't we learn anything from the last time.. except now they have weapons of mass destruction. I just hope that we don't have to pay the price for someone else mistake. (But we probably will)...
I am out of Ideas folks.. time to sleep..

Civil War or War on Terror ?

BEFORE you read this. Keep in mind that these are VERY strong opinions, ONLY THAT...

On One side You Have The current administration Telling us we are at war with terrorists. on the other side You have the hundreds of thousands of americans that are still being stripped of the very things that are a necessary means to living in times like these. The president has made it clear the a terrorist is defined by "one who would do harm to another human being without any remorse or regret to the out come of their actions"...... We americans do not have to travel far to find these terrorists. the real terrorists have seats of power in our very own government. I have been fighting a silent war with our very own government and have found these forsaken souls right under everyone's noses. I can not remain silent any longer. Do not fall into the deceptions that the current political administration shows you or tells you, They have caused more human suffering than any terrorist organization could ever hope to do in a hundred years. They have taken everything from my parents, almost to the point of nothing and yet they still want more from them. I have talked with other people and have heard the same thing almost word for word. The "American" way of life 50 years ago was to build your self-up to the point at which the most important thing to do was sit in a chair and water your lawn. Today,50 years later, It is not at once was. Americans work more and get less, Children go hungry every night and sometimes go on like that for weeks at a time with mear scraps and the charity of the churches that provide food Boxes , And many senior's rummage through dumpsters for extra food because they don't even get enough money from their social security to cove their bills much less food or much needed medicine. Most people don't think that things are that bad. however! Drive behind any Safeway or Bashas,Fry's on any given Wednesday or thursday around the times of 7:30-11:00 and you can see for yourself. People on medicare are stripped of medical benefits on a daily basis to the point that one of the new leading causes of senior's deaths are related to the lack of medicine or proper medical care to the lack of medical insurance. Promises are made on a daily basis the president and members of the cabinet to increase the availability of Medical and low income programs. But send more funding to fuel a war which they started almost 20 years ago. But who must pay the price for the cost of terrorists. The government? No, we do.. The people pay on a daily basis. some with their lives. And I don't mean the soldiers that are fighting in the war. I am speaking about the people next door to you,the ones you work with, Your friends, their parents, your sons and daughters that are not even old enough to know what it means to lie, steal,kill and torture. I have a daughter. I am afraid of what awaits her in the future of the country. But I will see the she never has to face any of these things. No child should have to see what the government can do to its people. They are not soldiers in someone's sick idea of what the trials of a war is or what it means.. This is NOT A THIRD WORLD COUNTRY!! The president called for every american to help fight terrorism. Then we should, By starting with those who oppress our very own people.

I took gaby to encanto park on sunday for the first time. For being only 1 1/2 years old she had a lot of fun playing with other children. After about 30 minutes she came over where I was sitting in the grass and fell asleep. I laid down and started to look at the sky. It was grey and was raining every so often. then a patch of blue faded into view. I just stared at it, and in that brief moment I realized, My life is complete. Nothing can ever compare or even equal the feeling I get from having my daughter in my life.
